Salesforce System Analyst & Specialist for leading company! 5356

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst & Salesforce Implementer to join our team! If you have a passion for translating business needs into high-level technological solutions and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from various organizational stakeholders.
• Technical Design: Translate business needs into HLD/LLD (High-Level/Low-Level Design) specifications and integration documents.
• Solution Architecture: Provide solutions for business requirements using the Salesforce suite (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud).
• Hands-on Implementation: Configure Salesforce according to industry Best Practices (Permission Management, Objects, Validations, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards).
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage tasks/projects, collaborating closely with development, QA, implementation, and training teams.
• Quality Assurance: Write test plans (STP/STD) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – Mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CRM System Analysis – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specifications – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation – Mandatory.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Service business processes – Significant Advantage.
• Knowledge of development tools, SQL, and integration tools – Significant Advantage.
• Experience with VSCode / DevOps – Significant Advantage.
