We’re looking for a VP Finance to join our team and lead all finance-related functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and treasury. You will work closely with the CEO, Board, and other executive leaders to ensure financial health, optimize performance, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

You will:

• Lead the finance team, building capabilities in FP&A, accounting, and reporting to support business growth.
• Develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with ScaleOps’ objectives.
• Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and provide actionable insights to executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and relationships with banks, auditors, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
• Drive process improvements, system implementations, and operational efficiency across finance functions.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors, investors, and executive teams.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and implementing finance processes at scale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or hyper‑growing startup environments.
