Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Kfar Saba, Israel
Duration: 12 Months - Extendable
SOW:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via email, chat, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct user onboarding, training, and orientation.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
Skills & Tools:
- Windows, macOS, SCCM, JAMF, Tanium
- Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- PowerShell scripting (basic)
- ServiceNow / MDM tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in desktop/IT support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred)
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (advantageous)
