Facilities & Technical Operations Manager (3716)

A growing industrial company in the Shefela region is looking for a hands-on Facilities & Technical Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day maintenance, vendor management, and operational purchasing activities.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed - someone practical, service-oriented, and technically inclined, with solid operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing management of service and equipment vendors – sourcing, negotiations, purchase orders, and supply control
• Maintenance of technical equipment and coordination of procurement processes
• Full responsibility for building maintenance – preventive maintenance, safety, repairs, and improvements
• Management of cleaning, mail, construction, and other service providers
• Direct supervision of a small maintenance team
• Budget management, cost control, and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance / facilities management – required
• Experience in a manufacturing company or in a non-manufacturing company with significant technical equipment (e.g., medical devices, pharma, food production, R&D environments) – required
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multiple vendors – required
• Experience working with ERP systems – required (Priority – strong advantage)
• Good English – ability to communicate with overseas suppliers
• Technical orientation / relevant professional certification – advantage
• Practical, proactive, and service-driven mindset
