‫Quality Control Team Leader - ראש צוות בקרת איכות

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader to join our growing team in Yavne. This pivotal role ensures the highest quality standards are maintained across our manufacturing and supply chain processes.

You will lead a dedicated QC team, overseeing quality from incoming materials inspection to final product verification. The position requires a strong understanding of mechanical (and preferably electronic) components, statistical process control, and international quality standards to tackle complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors.
• Oversee comprehensive inspections of mechanical and electronic components, products, and assemblies.
• Implement and enforce international quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015.
• Investigate customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and lead quality improvement processes with external partners.
• Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a QC Inspector for mechanical products, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with electronic products is a strong advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machined parts, mechanical assemblies, and surface treatments.
• Proficiency in using various measuring tools and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawings and specifications (ISO 406) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk).
• Familiarity with RoHS and REACH compliance is a plus.
• Experience handling all quality standards with testing institutes (Israel and internationally).
• Strong English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
