NOC Team Member – Leading Organization (Petah Tikva, Shift Position)
A leading organization in Petah Tikva is looking for a NOC Team Member to join their team.
Scope: 24/6 shift position (including Fridays and Saturday nights)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and identify incidents in enterprise IT systems
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead resolution
- Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams until full resolution
- Provide ongoing updates and reports to internal stakeholders
- Work in a complex, multi-system and multi-technology environment
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a NOC or System team – mandatory
- Experience working in a large organization (hundreds of users or more) – mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and communication protocols – mandatory
- Experience with monitoring and control systems – mandatory
- Experience with VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, databases, and cloud services – advantage
