Senior Game Economy Manager

The opportunity

Supersonic is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and independent Game Economy Manager to be our mathematical product expert for the hybrid-casual games, with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion. To succeed in this role, you have to breathe the gaming market, and support our internal and external partners in crafting and shaping our games with innovative decisions based on your knowledge, expertise and data

What you'll be doing

• Design, monitor, balance and lead the economy model and user experience from an economy point of view to drive players' engagement and improvements in game KPIs such as retention and ARPDAU
• Build and analyze pricing funnels to increase IAP share of wallet
• Identify areas where sinks/sources should be tightened or loosened to improve engagement, retention and revenue
• Conducting AB tests of different economy strategies that can help improve our games’ LTV
• Price the game’s virtual currencies and Recommend rewards and monetization game features to build an economic system to fulfill player needs
• Collaborate with our Data/BI teams in crafting economy reports, user segmentations and dashboards to allow all partners to be aware of the current status in our games economy and the valuable KPIs around this activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, developers, data, monetization on designing new and existing features to improve player satisfaction and provide additional monetization opportunities
  
  

What we're looking for

• Passion for games
• 2+ years of experience in Game Economy - a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• Great analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends
• An Excel Expert
• Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
