Head of Legal & Commercial Operations

Role Overview

Terrific is a global social commerce platform working with brands, media companies, and technology partners across multiple markets. We are looking for a business-oriented attorney to own and scale our legal and commercial operations. This role sits at the center of our revenue engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to ensure deals move efficiently from negotiation through signature, invoicing, and cash collection. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to operate beyond traditional legal work and directly enable company growth.

Commercial Contracts & Deal Execution

• Own the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, from draft through signature
• Lead contract negotiations with customers and partners
• Develop and maintain scalable contract templates and standards
• Balance legal protection with business velocity

Revenue to Cash Operations

• Ensure contracts are accurately reflected in billing and invoicing
• Partner with Finance on invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
• Maintain visibility into deal status and revenue realization

Operational Infrastructure

• Build and improve commercial and operational processes
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Support global operations across multiple markets

• Licensed attorney (LLB or equivalent)
• 3–7 years experience in commercial law, legal operations, or tech companies
• Strong experience negotiating SaaS or commercial agreements
• Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environment

This is not a traditional in-house legal role. You will directly influence how deals close, how revenue flows, and how the company scales operationally.
