Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kfar Saba for a Clinical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical and clinical support for the company’s advanced navigation system during surgical procedures. Responsibilities include assisting spine surgeons in effectively using the system, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and providing training and education to healthcare professionals. The Clinical Support Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to report feedback for product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires supporting surgical operation ("cases") in Hadassah Jerusalem, working according to the surgeons schedule.

Qualifications

• Deep Interest to learn and work in a high-stress surgical environment.
• Strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to train and assist diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a clinical or surgical environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English;
