Legal Operations Manager

We’re hiring our first in-house Legal Operations & Commercial Manager at Terrific.

This is a unique opportunity to build and own the legal operations function in a fast-growing global startup, working closely with leadership and helping create the structure that will support our next stage of growth.

Terrific is a global live social commerce platform helping brands connect with audiences and drive sales through live shopping. As we continue to scale internationally, we are strengthening the legal and operational infrastructure that supports our commercial activity.

We’re looking for a Legal Operations & Commercial Manager to take ownership of our contract and legal operations function and help build the systems and processes that enable the business to move quickly and scale responsibly.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with leadership and teams across Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and creating clarity in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, from draft through execution and tracking

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership to support deal execution and business needs

• Build and maintain organized contract management systems and documentation practices

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement scalable processes

• Help establish internal standards and infrastructure to support continued global growth

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across the company

• Law degree (LLB) — required

• 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, commercial law, or a related role

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company — strong advantage

• Experience in a law firm (commercial, tech, or corporate) — strong advantage

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• High ownership mindset and a practical, business-oriented approach

• Comfortable building structure and processes where they may not yet exist

• Take ownership of a critical function at a pivotal stage of company growth

• Work directly with senior leadership on commercial and operational initiatives

• Help build foundational processes that will scale with the company
