We build brands, digital products, UX/UI systems, motion, and visual languages - translating complex tech into clear, powerful design.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who thrives between structure and creativity.

You’ll manage projects end-to-end,  from brief to launch - owning scope, timeline, and budget, while serving as the bridge between clients and our internal team, Designers and developers, plan and execution.

This role requires a strong technological mindset, sharp organizational skills, high human skills and a natural ability to solve problems before they become blockers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage branding and digital projects from discovery to delivery
• Own scope, timelines, and budgets
• Translate complex briefs into structured internal workflows
• Act as the main client point of contact
• Coordinate across design and development
• Prioritize multiple parallel projects and tasks
• Maintain clarity, documentation, and alignment

Who You Are

• Highly tech-oriented and comfortable with digital tools and Software Proficiency
• Genuinely curious about technology and passionate about the creative world
• A structured thinker with exceptional organizational skills
• A proactive problem-solver with strong ownership
• Excellent interpersonal communicator - able to understand clients, designers
• Experienced with Figma and project management tools (Asana or similar)
• Familiar with website development processes
• Independent learner, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Experience with AI tools - a strong advantage

📍 Full-time position, from our studio at Noga Square, Jaffa. (remote day once a week)
