Bookkeeper

The Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will oversee the comprehensive financial lifecycle of our international operations. Your day-to-day will involve high-level oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring our financial integrity across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Bookkeeping: Oversee ongoing accounting operations, including full management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform meticulous bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and execute reporting to tax authorities, ensuring alignment with relevant standards.
• Global Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, both in Israel and across our global offices.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical mastery with a leadership mindset.

• Certification: Certified Bookkeeper.
• Experience: Substantial prior experience in bookkeeping, including experience in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel capabilities.
• Language Proficiency: High-level English and fluent Hebrew are required for effective communication with our international partners and local authorities.
• Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
