Salesforce Systems Analyst | Sales Cloud | Lead-to-Cash

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Systems Analyst to help us strengthen and scale our Sales Cloud environment.

This role sits at the heart of our sales operations. You’ll own the Lead-to-Cash process in Salesforce, improve workflows and automation, support integrations, and make sure the system truly works for the business — not the other way around.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and improving our Sales Cloud setup end-to-end
  • Optimising processes across Lead, Opportunity, and Revenue workflows
  • Leading data migrations and system integrations
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
  • Supporting user adoption, training, and documentation
  • Acting as the go-to Salesforce expert internally

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst / Admin
  • Strong Sales Cloud knowledge and Lead-to-Cash understanding
  • Solid experience with automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and translating business needs into system solutions
  • A detail-oriented, practical problem solver

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with ERP integrations
  • Background in enterprise environments
