Salesforce Systems Analyst | Sales Cloud | Lead-to-Cash
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Systems Analyst to help us strengthen and scale our Sales Cloud environment.
This role sits at the heart of our sales operations. You’ll own the Lead-to-Cash process in Salesforce, improve workflows and automation, support integrations, and make sure the system truly works for the business — not the other way around.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and improving our Sales Cloud setup end-to-end
- Optimising processes across Lead, Opportunity, and Revenue workflows
- Leading data migrations and system integrations
- Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
- Supporting user adoption, training, and documentation
- Acting as the go-to Salesforce expert internally
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst / Admin
- Strong Sales Cloud knowledge and Lead-to-Cash understanding
- Solid experience with automation, workflows, reporting, and integrations
- Confidence working cross-functionally and translating business needs into system solutions
- A detail-oriented, practical problem solver
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with ERP integrations
- Background in enterprise environments
