Investor Relations Manager

Role Description

This pivotal role is responsible for leading capital markets initiatives in support of ADAMA’s long-term business objectives. The role will drive investor-related activities with a strong focus on transformation readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Investor and External Stakeholder Support

• Lead investor-related activities, including preparation of financial materials, presentations, and responses to information requests.
• Prepare and coordinate management and board-level presentations and slides related to the quarterly, work plan and 5-year plan, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment.
• Act as a finance focal point in interactions related to capital markets, investors, and internal and external stakeholders, in coordination with ADAMA Corporate Finance.
  
  

• Prepare and coordinate CF (Corporate Finance) memos, ensuring high-quality financial analysis, clear recommendations, and alignment with Syngenta Group governance requirements.
• Play a central role in supporting ADAMA and finance workstream related to governance, reporting, controls, documentation, and investor materials.
  
  

• Global Finance Leadership: Close coordination with Corporate Finance Functions of Controlling, Treasury, Tax and FP&A, as well as with Regional Heads of Finance.
• Syngenta Group Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Development: Alignment on governance related activities.
• Legal and Compliance: Coordination on governance, and regulatory requirements.
• External Investors: Preparation and coordination of financial materials, presentations, and responses to information requests, financial narratives with group messaging, particularly in the context of transformation initiatives.
• Senior Management and Board Interfaces: Preparation of strategic materials and presentations.
• External Advisors: Interaction with consultants, auditors, banks, and advisors as needed.
  
  

• CPA or equivalent financial qualification/relevant experience, with at least 8–10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or strategy roles.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, governance frameworks, and executive-level financial communication.
• Proven ability to lead change management and transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience supporting investor relations or capital markets activities is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills, including preparation of board-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and ability to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment.
