For our site in Rehovot / Holon, we are looking for an International Business Development & Marketing Manager for the Latin America region

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in meaningful business activity within the defense sector, leading strategic marketing and business development initiatives that connect our advanced technologies with global customers and partners

:In this role you will

Initiate and manage marketing campaigns in the international defense market

Lead cross-organizational business development processes

Maintain and strengthen relationships with business partners and end customers

Achieving New Business goals for both short and long-term growth

:Requirements

Relevant academic degree

Master’s degree in Business Administration - Advantage

At least 5 years of experience in marketing positions and proven experience in leading major business development campaigns

Marketing experience and operational background in Electro-Optic or EW systems - Advantage

Experience in the defense industry - Advantage

Experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business company - Advantage

High-level proficiency in English and Spanish

Willingness to work intensively and beyond regular hours

Willingness to travel abroad frequently and for extended periods

Strong negotiation skills, system-wide perspective, and ability to lead cross-organizational projects

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
