About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, primarily located in the United States. You will be responsible for building and nurturing these relationships, understanding their needs, and crafting exceptional travel itineraries that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of tour operator accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Understand client needs and preferences to create customized luxury travel itineraries.
• Research and identify suitable vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage all logistical aspects of the tours.
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals.
• Ensure the seamless execution of tours and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

• Native-level English speaker
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Extensive knowledge of Israel and a passion for sharing its wonders
• Exceptional English writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
