We are hiring a Head of Growth to build and lead SAISEI’s entire online growth function from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role — it is a builder role. You will be one of the first hires and will operate as a hands-on, execution-focused leader responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and online revenue growth. There are no existing marketing teams to manage. You will define strategy, execute campaigns, build infrastructure, and gradually hire and structure the function as the business scales.

A major focus of this role will be owning and scaling Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram) as the primary growth engine, while building additional channels over time.

This role reports directly to the founder.
