This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves leading strategies and initiatives across AdTech, Programmatic, CTV, and Media sectors. Responsibilities include developing and executing project roadmaps, refining business strategies, fostering innovation, managing partnerships with key media platforms, and contributing to revenue-driving initiatives. The individual will work collaboratively with internal teams to advance the organization's vision, while staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

• Strong understanding and expertise in Programmatic Advertising, AdTech, CTV, and digital media platforms
• Proficiency in developing media strategies, partnerships, and business development plans
• Leadership and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration in diverse environments
• Technical acumen and familiarity with tools and technologies driving real-time data pipelines and media optimization
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Experience in scaling start-ups or building scalable systems is an advantage
• Relevant educational background or equivalent industry experience
