IT Operations System Specialist

You can Expect:

• Administer and support enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, organizational units (OUs), and LDAP protocols
• Maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues related to servers, storage, and network management
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT systems administration
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and management
• Knowledge of Active Directory including user and group management, organizational units (OUs), and LDAP protocols
• Proven experience with networking technologies, including configuration and management of Cisco devices
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS), or CompTIA Security+ - an advantage
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification - an advantage
