About The Role

We are looking for a senior product designer to define how developers collaborate with AI to build and maintain software. You will own high impact product areas end to end, shaping intuitive experiences within complex, technical and data rich environments. This role requires deep systems thinking, strong product judgment and fluency in AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery and concept through implementation and iteration
• Design AI-powered experiences that balance model capability, human intent and developer workflow constraints
• Create scalable interaction patterns for AI copilots, agent driven workflows and human-in-the-loop systems
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable and trustworthy interfaces
• Partner closely with engineering and product to ship high quality solutions
• Use quantitative data, experimentation and user research to validate decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to and evolve a robust design system that supports complex, data-dense interfaces at scale
  
  

• 5+ years of product design experience in high growth SaaS or developer focused companies, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped, measurable impact
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products
• Familiar with developer workflows and IDE environments (e.g., Cursor, VS Code, JetBrains, etc)
• Strong experience designing complex, data rich interfaces and systems heavy products
• Demonstrated ability to use product metrics, user research and experimentation to inform and defend design decisions
• Design systems expertise
• High technical fluency and comfort collaborating in engineering led environments
• Strong visual craft and attention to interaction detail
• Self directed and effective in remote, async teams
  
  

• You have designed developer tools, AI platforms or complex enterprise software
• You think in systems and can connect short term usability improvements to long term product architecture
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure through design
• You can move seamlessly between product strategy and pixel level execution
• You understand how AI systems behave in production and design with model limitations, trust, and feedback loops in mind
