Role Description

This is a part time, on-site role based in Givat Shmuel, where you will serve as an After-Sales Operations Administrator. Your responsibilities will include managing order processing, coordinating with customers to ensure timely order updates, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Other tasks include analyzing sales and operational data, improving service efficiency, and supporting the sales team to meet customer needs effectively.

• Working days: Monday- Friday (included), afternoon+ evening.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational processes
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain client relationships and resolve inquiries effectively
• Experience in Sales and Order Processing tasks to support operational and sales team activities
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic work environment with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems is an advantage
• Prior experience in the aviation or logistics sector is a plus
