About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Manager with strong technical and process-oriented expertise to manage our shop floor day-to-day and drive the factory toward operational excellence. The role involves leading assembly teams (electronics, electromechanics, and mechanics), meeting output and quality targets, and implementing continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shop Floor Management: Lead and motivate production teams, manage daily routines (morning stand-ups, goal setting, task prioritization), and ensure the execution of the production plan (KPIs).
• Process Improvement & Quality: Implement Lean and 5S methodologies. Intervene and troubleshoot directly on the floor, conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, collaborate with Engineering and QA, and manage non-conformances (MRB/RMA).
• Complex Production Processes: Manage the handover of new projects from R&D to production (NPI), draft and update manufacturing instructions, build operational standards, and integrate automation and testing processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sync regularly with Planning (PPIC), Procurement, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure material availability, meet delivery schedules, and maintain accurate inventory.
• IT & Systems Management: Work extensively with ERP systems (Priority) for planning, reporting, BOM management, and shop floor tracking.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management (מהנדס תעשייה וניהול) – Mandatory.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing production/assembly teams in a technological industrial environment (electronics, integrated systems, electromechanics).
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read technical drawings, understanding of testing and control systems, and deep knowledge of assembly processes.
• Systems: High-level proficiency in ERP systems – Mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent Hebrew or English, Russian – Mandatory.
• Personal Attributes: A true "hands-on" leader who communicates at eye level, possesses strong leadership skills, systemic thinking, excellent organizational abilities, and great interpersonal skills.
