Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Postdoctoral and Graduate Research Assistants at the University of Haifa. Based in Haifa, this role allows a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include conducting research, supporting laboratory based research, analyzing data, and contributing to academic publications. In addition, candidates may be required to participate in teaching activities, mentor students, and assist in preparing research proposals and grant applications. Our lab studies somatic and germline mutation and selection and their role in adaptive immunity, the formation of group dynamics and complexity in biological, cognitive and social systems. Qualifications

• Strong Computational Skills and experience conducting research in academic or professional settings
• Proficiency in Research methodologies and expertise in Computational Biology (Bio)Physics or related fields
• Competence in Data Analysis including quantitative and qualitative methods
• Teaching experience or the ability to support educational activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for academic writing and collaboration
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• A master's degree (for graduate assistants) or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (for postdoctoral researchers) is required
