Junior Strategy Consultant

About the Role:

Yissum Strategies is a boutique management consulting firm seeking an exceptional Junior Consultant to join our team.

This is not a standard entry-level role. We are looking for a high-potential individual who is eager to take part in solving complex, high-impact business challenges for leading corporations.

From day one, you will work directly with senior executives, influence strategic decisions and be exposed to diverse industries and business models.

What You Will Do

• Take part in strategic projects that shape the future of major organizations

• Analyze complex business problems and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Work closely with senior consultants and client leadership teams

• Operate across multiple industries and project types simultaneously

• Contribute to high-stakes decision-making processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline - MUST

• MBA or other Master’s degree - Preferred

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - MUST

• Fluent Hebrew and English
