Full Stack Engineer (Next.js / NestJS / Flutter)

We are looking for a high-responsibility Full Stack Engineer who wants to build, not just work.

This is not a 9-to-6 role.

This is for someone who wants to take ownership, build real systems, and grow with a venture.

iTellU is an AI-driven spoken English learning platform that combines live teachers with advanced AI technology to transform how students learn and practice spoken English.

We already build:

• A student mobile application (Flutter)
• A teacher web platform
• An admin management system
• AI-powered feedback and analytics engines
• Real-time speaking analysis and progress tracking
• Scalable infrastructure to support global users

Our mission is to move students from passive learning to active speaking — powered by technology and real human interaction.

This is not a small feature project.

We are building a full educational ecosystem with AI at its core.

• Frontend: Next.js (React)
• Backend: Node.js / NestJS
• Language: TypeScript (end-to-end)
• Mobile: Flutter
• Architecture: Production-grade systems (scalable, secure, maintainable)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Build scalable backend APIs using NestJS
• Develop high-performance frontend applications with Next.js
• Contribute to Flutter mobile app development
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready TypeScript code
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
• Take ownership of features from idea → development → production
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production systems
• Ensure code quality, testing, and deployment readiness

• Strong experience in Next.js, Node.js, NestJS
• Solid understanding of TypeScript
• Experience with Flutter (or strong willingness to work on mobile)
• Deep understanding of:
• Production environments
• CI/CD
• Deployment processes
• Performance & scalability
• Security best practices
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
• Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, solution-driven
• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
