About the Role

As the Corporate FP&A Manager, you will lead the group’s budgeting, forecasting, and performance processes, develop advanced analytical and control tools, and work closely with senior management to shape strategic insights and influence the company’s direction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting
• Oversee group‑level financial analysis across all business units
• Manage the annual budgeting process with business and operational teams
• Build ongoing financial forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual
• Analyze performance vs. budget and identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop and implement dashboards and managerial control tools
• Conduct economic analyses and evaluate business initiatives and CAPEX projec
• Support units in planning, efficiency, and performance improvement
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Partner in strategic planning and annual work plan process

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting
• CPA – advantage
• 5–7 years of FP&A or economic management experience in a medium/large organizat
• Experience managing large‑scale budgets and forecasts
• Team management experiene
• High‑level English (spoken & written)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with BI/analytics systems (SAP – advantage)
• Strong analytical skills, business orientation, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
