Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Herzliya for an IT MEDIA professional. The role entails managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues related to media production technologies. The candidate will collaborate closely with teams to support the seamless operation of live production, broadcasting, and digital media activities. Responsibilities will also include the implementation and maintenance of IT systems aligned with the company’s media-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Experience in providing Customer Service and technical support for IT systems
• Basic experience working with video editing software.
• Experience with systems such as AVID, Premiere, or VIZ - Advantage
• Understanding of media production processes and related IT requirements is a plus
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with media/broadcast environments - Advantage
