The Role: Product Manager – Operations

Location: Onsite – Umm al-Fahm | Haifa | Tel Aviv

Reports to: VP Product

This is not a feature-factory PM role.

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Operations to build and scale the backbone of HAAT’s execution engine — the systems that power couriers, dispatchers, and city managers across 40+ cities.

Your mission:

Turn operational complexity into scalable systems.

Reduce friction. Increase efficiency. Protect margins. Enable growth — without growing headcount at the same rate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and scale the Courier App experience — from onboarding and activation to delivery flow, cash handling, and performance visibility.

• Build real-time dispatch & operational tools that drive structured, automated, data-driven execution.

• Design and implement cash operations infrastructure in a cash-heavy market, minimizing discrepancies and protecting margins.

• Optimize the order lifecycle — assignment logic, zoning, delivery time estimation, and marketplace balance.

• Continuously experiment and improve cost per order, delivery efficiency, and operational scalability.

• Replace manual processes with automation and visibility across cities.

• Build systems that scale with order volume and city launches — without proportional operational complexity.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.

• 3+ years building operations products or internal systems.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Technical background that enables strong collaboration with engineering teams.

• Proven ability to prioritize, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.

• Bonus: Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or last-mile delivery.
