Join the Engineering and Development Center within the Aviation Division. This role focuses on the development and integration of advanced energy and electric propulsion systems for aerial platforms.

The position includes:

• Development of energy systems, power systems, and electric propulsion systems

• Performing engineering analyses

• Creation of system drawings

• Preparation of specifications for sub assemblies and support of development activities

• Writing test specifications, conducting development experiments, measurements, and laboratory integration

• Integration into aircraft platforms

• Writing test reports and certification documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering required

• Electrician license is a significant advantage

• Master’s degree in an engineering field is an advantage

• At least five years of experience in system development, power supplies, propulsion systems, or related fields required

• Hands on laboratory experience and work with measurement equipment required

• Very good command of the English language required

• Experience working with multi disciplinary systems is a significant advantage

• Experience in the field of aircraft, military systems, or energy sources is an advantage

• Experience with engineering tools such as MATLAB and ORCAD is an advantage

• Experience working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad is an advantage

• High level of professional and personal independence, strong learning ability, capability to lead an engineering development project, and ability to work with internal and external customers

The position includes exposure to a wide range of platforms such as unmanned aerial vehicles, civil aircraft, passenger to cargo aircraft conversions, and advanced research and development initiatives.
