Lead QA Engineer – AI System Testing

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong AI-oriented capabilities to take end-to-end ownership of quality for a complex hardware–software integrated product. This role combines technical leadership, strategic QA ownership, and hands-on execution of manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on AI-driven testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall QA strategy, test methodologies, and quality standards across the product lifecycle

• Design, write, execute, and maintain advanced manual and automated test suites

• Serve as the technical focal point for AI-based and GenAI-driven testing initiatives

• Design, configure, and manage AI Agents for test generation, validation, analysis, and optimization

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, improve coverage, and enhance defect detection

• Define, improve, and enforce QA processes, best practices, and quality metrics

• Lead QA activities in Azure DevOps (TFS): test plans, bug tracking, dashboards, and work item governance

• Own QA documentation, reports, and knowledge management in SharePoint

• Review requirements and system designs, identify quality risks early, and drive mitigation actions

• Collaborate closely with R&D, system, and product teams, and mentor other QA engineers

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automated testing

• Proven experience in a Senior QA role, with technical ownership and leadership responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI technologies applied to software testing

• Experience or deep understanding of AI Agent design, setup, and practical usage

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) for test management and defect tracking

• Experience working with SharePoint for documentation and QA knowledge management

• Design, write, execute, and maintain advanced manual and automated test suites, utilizing strong programming skills (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript).

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates

• Proven experience testing complex hardware–software integrated systems

• Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
