We are seeking an Electronic Warfare System Engineer to join the Intelligence, Communication, and EW unit at Elta Systems. This role involves leading system engineering for advanced EW projects and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

The position includes:

• System engineering of Electronic Warfare systems, including requirements definition, development support, system integration, and leading customer trials and tests

• Understanding system architecture and distributing responsibilities across hardware, software, mechanics, microwave, and antenna subsystems

• Analyzing customer requirements and defining system design

• Deriving specifications for subunits and various components, performing integrations and tests, and supporting experiments

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering – advantage

• At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer – required

• Experience in defining and writing detailed technical specifications and design documents for firmware, software, and hardware teams – required

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Capability to lead complex, multi-interface processes
