They develop high-fidelity simulators that allow medical professionals to practice complex procedures and emergency scenarios in a realistic, risk-free digital environment.
Their solutions are deployed in hospitals, military bases, and elite training centers worldwide, directly impacting the quality of life-saving care.
The company is located in Central Israel and offers a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.
Role Overview:
- Joining the core development team to create realistic, high-performance 3D medical simulations.
- Architecting and implementing robust infrastructure and core systems using C#.
- Developing immersive VR/AR training scenarios for complex medical and emergency procedures.
- Collaborating with medical experts and UI/UX designers to translate clinical protocols into interactive digital experiences.
- Optimizing 3D rendering and system performance for various hardware platforms.
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional experience in 3D application development using Unity – Mandatory.
- Strong, hands-on experience in C# infrastructure and software design – Mandatory.
- Deep understanding of 3D math, physics, and rendering pipelines – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in VR or AR development – Significant Advantage.
- Background in the Medical Tech or Simulation industries – Significant Advantage.
