VP Creative & Strategy

Description

Helfy is looking for a visionary and results-driven VP Creative & Strategy to lead our global brand, creative direction, and marketing strategy. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing large creative teams, driving global B2C initiatives, and overseeing high-budget campaigns with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global creative teams (design, content, video, UX/UI) with strong focus on talent development and high performance
• Define and own Helfy’s creative and brand strategy across all B2C markets
• Oversee creative execution for global campaigns, product experiences, and marketing initiatives
• Manage large marketing budgets ($3 million/month), ensuring ROI and effective allocation
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, platforms, and geographies
• Translate business goals into high-impact creative strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Business teams to align creative efforts with company objectives
• Drive a culture of innovation, creativity, and operational excellence within the team
• Present creative strategy and performance results to executive leadership and stakeholders
  
  

• 8–12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles with proven team management experience
• Proven B2C experience, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments
• Strong experience working within or targeting the U.S. market
• Experience managing large budgets (>$3M/month) and high-stakes campaigns
• Proven experience building and optimizing marketing campaigns using AI tools and automation platforms, with the ability to lead and train creative teams in AI-driven workflows and innovation.
• Expertise in brand building, creative strategy, and performance-driven marketing
• Proven ability to lead and inspire large creative teams across multiple disciplines
• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments preferred
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills
• Hands-on approach with strategic and operational capability
