Controller

We’re looking for a full-time Financial Controller to join our finance team. This position is located in Ramat Gan, Israel.

The Financial Controller is in charge of monitoring our financial health. From dealing with financial statements, financial analysis, and all the way to tax compliance issues, the expert we seek is lethal with a spreadsheet as they are with a bow and arrow.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Produce monthly financial statements and reports, and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including monthly and quarterly updates.
• Prepare monthly actuals reporting by business unit and department, including budget vs. actual analysis in collaboration with FP&A.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investments, ROI, and scenario (what-if) analyses.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company.
• Monitor and control financial transactions and reporting, while overseeing and managing the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow billing and collection.
• Liaison with external auditors during financial and operational audits and reviews.
• Support taxation preparation and filing
• Manage treasury and cash operations, including monthly payment processing, deposits, intercompany transfers, foreign currency conversions, daily cash reporting, bank fee optimization, and administration of banking platforms.
• Maintain internal control and policy & procedures.
• Work closely with the CFO on various Ad-hoc projects
  
  

• Israeli CPA, Big-4 apprenticeship.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller.
• Experience in at least one high-tech company – must.
• Experience in accounting within a global company – must.
• Excel skills - must
• English proficiency at a native or near-native level – must.
• FP&A and budgeting experience – must.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong passion for accounting and finance.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and professional skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of maturity.
