Senior Backend Engineer – AI & Scalable Systems

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives on building high-scale, AI-powered systems.

If you enjoy designing scalable architectures, handling large datasets, and powering AI-driven products – this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain critical backend systems that support AI workflows, machine learning pipelines, and large-scale data processing
• Design scalable Microservices, APIs, and Data Pipelines for real-time and batch processing
• Optimize systems for low latency, high availability, and reliability at scale
• Collaborate with Frontend, AI/ML, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Drive best practices, code quality, and technical excellence across the team

You should have:

• 5+ years of backend experience (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#)
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of scalability, concurrency, caching, and distributed systems
• Experience building modular, maintainable, and extensible backend architectures
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or ML model deployment
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and solve complex technical challenges

Bonus if you have:

• Event-driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) experience
• CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform
• SaaS or Enterprise-level system experience
• Security and Data Privacy best practices
