The company develops an interactive, high-performance device that engages a dog's instinct to move, chase, and play, with owners able to control intensity and interaction in real time. Designed specifically for medium to large, high-energy dogs, the system combines durability, speed, and intelligent control to meet daily needs effectively. Chaace stands apart by focusing on meaningful physical and mental stimulation, making proper energy release accessible and repeatable. The company aims to close the gap between dogs' natural energy needs and the tools available to owners.
Qualifications
This role is for someone who understands how to:
* Open doors with U.S. distributors
* Structure retail and wholesale partnerships
* Build margin-driven B2B models
* Position a physical consumer product for scale
* Negotiate and close strategic agreements
Ideal background: • Experience working with U.S. retail chains or pet distributors
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience
* Background in consumer hardware / pet industry - strong advantage
* Builder mindset - comfortable operating pre-funding
Important: This is an early-stage opportunity.
No fixed salary initially.
Equity-based with vesting.
Full-time transition after funding or meaningful revenue traction.
