Hardware Engineer

Role Overview:

• Leading the end-to-end development of complex, high-speed processor boards—from initial architecture and schematic design to final production.
• Serving as a technical authority and mentor to junior engineers within the hardware department.
• Taking full ownership of Board Bring-up, debugging, and system-level validation for high-performance computing platforms.
• Designing and optimizing memory sub-systems and high-speed interfaces for ruggedized environments.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure thermal, mechanical, and electrical integrity.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Board Design – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in developing processor-based boards (x86 and/or ARM architectures) – Mandatory.
• Direct experience in designing memory sub-systems (e.g., DDR4, DDR5, or LPDDR5) – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with high-speed interfaces, including PCIe Gen4 and USB 3.2 Gen2 – Mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in Board Bring-up and debugging using advanced oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in professional PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD, Allegro, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• Experience in the Defense or Aerospace sectors – Significant Advantage
