Senior System Administrator

📍 Location: Netanya

💼 Position Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Management of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, networking, and cloud resources.
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
  • Management of VMware environments, including backup and data recovery solutions (Veeam).
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and providing on-site and remote support.
  • Ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and ensuring information security.
  • The role includes travel to company sites throughout Israel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in large-scale environments (100 servers / 500 users) – mandatory.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with VMware and Veeam backup solutions – mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers (RHEL, Ubuntu) – mandatory.
  • Knowledge of networking equipment (VLAN, VPN, Firewalls) – an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
