Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on Insurance matters located in our Tel Aviv office in Israel.

Team

Kennedys Israel office specialises in disputes relating to construction and engineering, energy, cyber, D&O, motor, employers' liability, product liability, professional liability, public liability, medical malpractice, property damage and, recently, Covid 19 related matters. The insurance team is awarding coverage and monitoring services as well as acts as defence counsels for insurers, reinsurers and insureds. The team have experience in local Israeli insurance related claims in all courts' instances as well as in commercial local and international arbitrations.

Required Experience

• 2-4 years' Qualified Solicitor with the relevant experience*
• English at a native language level Experience gained in some of the following areas: subrogation, mechanical breakdown, energy, contractors' all risks, financial lines, life sciences, casualty, professional liability, business interruption, product liability, fire and flooding damages and coverage.
• Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
