Senior Fullstack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to help build and scale a developer-focused product that we use ourselves every day. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own features end to end – from backend systems and data pipelines to APIs and user-facing interfaces – and see your work directly shape how engineers build, debug, and operate software.

You’ll work primarily with Node.js (TypeScript) on production-grade systems, designing clean APIs, scalable services, and reliable data flows, while also contributing to the frontend where it matters. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design teams, turning real user needs into thoughtful technical solutions and influencing both product direction and engineering architecture.

• 5+ years of experience building software systems, ideally at scale.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js (Typescript) – must have.
• Experience with React for full-stack work is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and production-grade system design.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), deployment, scaling, and observability fundamentals.
• Familiarity with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, etc.).
• Proven ability to ship stable, resilient, maintainable systems in production.

• Ability to anticipate technical risks, identify bottlenecks, and drive long-term engineering improvements.
• Takes ownership of code quality, documentation, reliability, and observability
• Comfortable working with product teams to balance technical trade-offs with user and business needs.
• Autonomous and proactive; capable of mentoring others or leading technical initiatives.

• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Infra knowledge – Terraform, IaC, container orchestration, or similar.
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming / real-time data technologies.
• Prior work in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.

• This is a full-time on-site position located in Tel Aviv.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential.
