Director of Product

Role Overview:

• Joining as a Product Director for a flagship business unit responsible for a critical portion of the company's revenue, offering immense impact and visibility.
• Leading and growing a team of Product Managers while reporting directly to the VP of Product.
• Driving a transition toward a highly agile, impact-oriented structure, bridging the gap between Product and R&D to accelerate delivery.
• Managing both Inbound and Outbound product strategies for a deeply technical B2B SaaS platform.
• Engaging directly with the company’s most strategic global clients to define requirements and shape the future of the product suite.
• Maintaining a hands-on approach to technical product definition and architecture.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience within the high-tech industry – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Product Management leadership or management role – Mandatory.
• Solid technical background with prior experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Significant experience leading Product for complex SaaS or Cloud-native platforms – Mandatory.
• Ability to manage strategic relationships with enterprise-level global customers – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of the DevOps, Security, or Infrastructure ecosystem – Significant Advantage.
