Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious Product Manager to join our TLV team and help shape the future of our product. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch features that deliver real value to our customers.

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role where you’ll take ownership of defined product areas and gain exposure across the full product development lifecycle in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and basic understanding of the product lifecycle.
• A passion for technology, UX, and solving user problems through great software.
• A curious, proactive mindset with the ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  
  

• Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements, write user stories, and support delivery of high-impact features.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover customer pain points and identify product opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping an intuitive, impactful user experience through close work with the design team.
• Develop domain knowledge in information security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and more).
• Track product KPIs, monitor success metrics, and support feature adoption and go-to-market efforts.
