Full Stack Engineer

A stable, bootstrapped, and profitable SaaS product company (est. 2019) is expanding its R&D team.

Location: Modiin / Rishon LeZion | On-site

We operate a category-leading CRM platform used daily by thousands of professionals and serving millions of end customers across Israel.

This is a real product with real revenue and long-term vision — not a funding-dependent startup.

The Role

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Engineer with a backend mindset to take ownership over end-to-end product development.

You will design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade systems in a fast-moving environment with direct business impact.

This role is hands-on and ownership-driven — not ticket-based execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features using Java (Spring Boot) and React
• Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Work with complex data models, integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• Improve performance, reliability, and security of production systems
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (AWS-based)
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design on architecture and implementation decisions

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (strong backend orientation)
• Proven production experience with Java / Spring Boot
• Solid hands-on experience with React
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases
• AWS cloud experience
• Independent, accountable, and proactive mindset

Advantage

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Background in SaaS/fintech environments
