Backend Team Leader

Role Overview-

• Leading a specialized engineering team while remaining highly hands-on (approx. 60%) in the development of the company’s core platform.
• Driving the full-stack development lifecycle, working across high-performance Python backends and modern React frontends.
• Reporting directly to the VP of R&D and playing a key role in shaping the technical roadmap of the AR engine.
• Architecting and maintaining scalable cloud solutions within an AWS environment, utilizing Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Overseeing the integration of complex data streams into intuitive, real-time visualization tools for field operators.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role – Mandatory.
• Strong professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven background in Frontend development with React or Angular (2+) – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS ecosystems – Mandatory.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker – Mandatory.
