A fast-growing, well-funded startup is redefining organizational productivity by developing a platform that enables the creation of custom workflow management tools.

Their system uniquely merges application building with advanced AI Agents that function as digital coworkers automating complex tasks such as data extraction, research, and analysis.

The company is located in a prime, train-accessible hub in Tel Aviv and operates a hybrid work model with a fixed remote day.

Role Overview:

Joining as the first dedicated AI Engineer in the company, reporting directly to the CTO.
Building and taking full ownership of new AI features from scratch, shaping the company's AI product roadmap.
Designing and implementing end-to-end AI infrastructure, from initial architecture to full-scale production.
Managing complex agent orchestration and developing advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Working with state-of-the-art models (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Open Source), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and establishing safety guardrails.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience in LLM development and integration – Mandatory.
Strong background in Machine Learning frameworks and methodologies – Mandatory.
Experience working within SaaS or high-scale Web environments – Mandatory.
Ability to work independently as a foundational member of the AI team – Mandatory.
