Software Architect

A prominent Israeli Unicorn and a global leader in network technology. The company has developed a breakthrough software platform that enables telecommunications giants to maximize network capacity and efficiency while significantly reducing operational costs.

Following a massive Series C funding round, the company is scaling its R&D center to support its expanding global footprint.

Located in Tel Aviv (prime access to the train station), the company operates with 300 employees locally and maintains a hybrid work model (one day per week from home).

Role Overview:

• Serving as a Technical Authority, taking end-to-end ownership of the system architecture and technological roadmap.
• Balancing hands-on development with high-level architectural design across the entire stack.
• Leading the evolution of a complex platform utilizing Python, Node.js, and React.
• Guiding engineering teams on best practices for GraphQL, AWS, and Kubernetes-based microservices.
• Influencing the core product direction and ensuring the scalability of mission-critical communication infrastructures.

Requirements:

• 8 years of professional experience in Fullstack Development – Mandatory.
• Balanced 50/50 stack split or a strong orientation toward Frontend – (Backend-only candidates will not be considered).
• At least 2 years of experience in a formal Architect role – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in React – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Node.js – Mandatory.
• Deep experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern Cloud architectures (AWS).
• Proven track record in designing scalable systems within a Kubernetes/CI-CD ecosystem.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, providing technical mentorship and strategic vision.
