TASC Consulting, Israel's leading management consulting firm, is seeking an Organizational Strategy Consultant.

About the job

As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with leading business companies and government offices, playing a key role in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. You will engage in in-depth analysis of organizational systems and lead complex changes and reforms that will significantly impact the organization and its business environment. The work is project-based, diverse, and dynamic, involving teamwork with other consultants and managers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution in relevant fields – mandatory.
Master’s degree (in fields such as Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology) – an advantage.
Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead and present in front of audiences, teamwork and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in consulting – an advantage.
Fluent Hebrew, strong writing and drafting skills.
High level of English.
