Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, ambitious and AI-first Marketing Manager to join #SeemoreData.

This is a project-driven, execution-first role for someone who thrives on events, content, and outreach execution and wants real ownership from day one.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and lead execution across events, content distribution, outreach campaigns, website, and marketing operations.

This role is for someone who moves mountains, gets sh**it done, and uses AI tools to move faster and smarter.

You’ll work with a modern marketing stack, apply an AI-first mindset to everything you do, and grow into a senior marketing role as the company scales.

🔹 Events: Lead webinars and sponsored events end-to-end, from promotion to tech setup to follow-up outreach.

🔹 Content & Distribution: Publish, repurpose, and distribute technical content across LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, and G2 to drive engagement and pipeline.

🔹 Outreach & Email Marketing: Plan and run HubSpot campaigns with smart segmentation, AI-assisted personalization, and performance tracking.

🔹 Website: Manage and update our WordPress site, including blogs, landing pages, and campaign pages.

🔹 Marketing Ops: Connect tools to support ABM and outreach flows, track attribution, and continuously improve campaign performance.

💫 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

💫 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong hands-on work in events, content, and outreach.

💫 Proven experience executing webinars, sponsored events, and multi-channel outreach campaigns.

💫 Comfortable using AI tools to create content faster, optimize campaigns, and automate workflows.

💫 Hands-on with HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, G2, and marketing automation tools.

💫 Clear English communication skills with a proactive, execution-driven mindset.

💫 Most of all, you’re eager to learn, experiment, and make things happen.

Work directly with leadership on high-impact campaigns.

Own events, content, and outreach initiatives end-to-end. Operate with an AI-first approach inside a modern marketing stack.
