About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on creative AI video specialist, someone who can craft high-performing ads using the newest AI video models and elevate the speed and quality of our creative system.

This is a role for someone who’s excited to create, iterate, test, and push creative boundaries inside a high-energy start-up.

Must Have

• A portfolio that includes AI-generated projects and shows offline video editing capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe suite
• 3+ yrs of experience in video & post-production.

What You’ll Do

Create & Experiment

• Generate new ad formats using advanced AI video workflows (UGC, Cinematic, Product, Motion Graphics)
• Produce polished, high-performing marketing videos with fast turnaround
• Explore new generative video models the moment they drop

Edit & Enhance

• Handle post-production, motion adjustments, color, timing, pacing, and polish
• Improve creative quality while reducing production time

Optimize & Systematize

• Build and refine creative workflows that later become automations
• Work closely with the creative and product teams to shape scalable pipelines

What You Bring

• Strong video editing & storytelling skills (marketing-oriented)
• Experience with AI Creative platforms (Weavy, ComfyUI, Flow, etc.)
• High-level English
