We are seeking a hands-on System Administrator with proven experience managing both On-Prem and Cloud infrastructures.

The role includes practical work with physical and virtual servers, virtualization, networking, backups, and troubleshooting complex issues. The position also involves travel to company sites across the country.

Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure
Installation, configuration, and support of physical and virtual servers (on-site and remote)
Administration of Active Directory environment (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
Managing and maintaining VMware environments
Managing backup systems, replications, and data protection solutions
Administration of On-Prem and Cloud infrastructures
Troubleshooting complex issues across Compute, Storage, and Network domains

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in an environment of 100+ servers / 500+ users (Microsoft & Linux) – Mandatory
Strong experience with VMware and Veeam Backup & Recovery – Mandatory
In-depth experience with Active Directory (GPO, permissions, Shares, Domains) – Mandatory
Hands-on experience with Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting – Mandatory
Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems (significant advantage for HPE Nimble / MSA) – Mandatory
Experience with fiber-optic networking – Mandatory
Experience managing Microsoft 365 and scripting with PowerShell – Significant advantage
